Returns policy

Please read all descriptions of goods thoroughly. The responsibility for the goods passes to you once the goods have been received. If we are unable to deliver the goods to the address given we will hold them for 7 days then refund the value less 20% handling fee. The re-delivery for UK mainland will be charged at £10.


No re-delivery will be offered for Europe or Rest of the World. Refunds (including the return postage) will be offered if goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act.


If the goods are returned for any other reason, refunds or exchanges will be made at the discretion of the management and the cost of return postage will not be refunded. Any request for redress must be accompanied by a valid receipt.



PLEASE NOTE: Unless faulty due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned for refund.
